With the help of Milan-based digital designer Marco Quaggiotto, we are going to take a week off to visualize Pez data.

Cistercienser in der res publica litteraria

On 18 October 2017, Thomas Wallnig will for once be dealing not with Benedictines, but with Cistercians as part of his lecture “Cistercienser in der res publica litteraria” at the colloquium “Religiöse Volkskunde der österreichischen Prälatenklöster in der Frühen Neuzeit” at the Abbey of Heiligenkreuz. The Pez project is one of several groups and institutions working towards a requirements catalog for digital editions within the framework of the “Wissens- und Kompetenznetzwerk ‘Digital Edition’ (KONDE)” under the direction of the Zentrum für Informationsmodellierung – Austrian Centre for Digital Humanities at the University of Graz.
